2. Description of Services

LexCrypta provides automated bank statement analysis services through the Lexi intelligence engine. Our Services include:

• Scans — automated analysis of bank statements for cryptocurrency, behavioural, and financial signals
• Verify — offline intelligence terminal for law firms and professional practices (beta)
• Trace — blockchain forensics and wallet tracing services
• Vault — custodial solutions for digital assets during legal proceedings

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our Services at any time with reasonable notice.

3. Professional Use Only

LexCrypta's Services are designed for and may only be used by qualified professionals, including but not limited to:

• Licensed legal practitioners and law firms
• Registered accountants and tax agents
• Licensed mortgage brokers and financial advisers
• Registered property managers and real estate professionals
• Licensed insolvency practitioners and bankruptcy trustees
• Forensic accounting and investigation firms

By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you are a qualified professional with the appropriate authority and client consent to submit financial documents for analysis.

4. Client Consent and Authority

You represent and warrant that:

• You have obtained all necessary consents and authorities from the relevant individual or entity before uploading any bank statements or financial documents
• You are authorised to submit the documents you upload on behalf of your client or matter
• The use of our Services in connection with your matter complies with all applicable professional obligations and laws
• You will not upload documents belonging to individuals or entities without appropriate authority to do so

5. Nature of Reports — Important Limitations

LexCrypta intelligence reports are automated investigative aids produced by the Lexi detection engine. You acknowledge and agree that:

• Reports are not legal advice and do not constitute a formal expert opinion or expert report
• Reports are not a formal tax opinion and do not constitute advice regarding any specific tax position
• Reports identify signals that may indicate activity of interest — they do not confirm or prove the existence of any asset, income, or liability
• A clean report (no signals detected) does not guarantee the absence of cryptocurrency or other financial activity
• All findings should be reviewed alongside professional judgment and other available information before any action is taken
• Where formal evidentiary requirements apply, qualified forensic specialists should be engaged

LexCrypta reports are designed to assist qualified professionals — not to replace professional judgment.

6. Data and Privacy

Bank statements and financial documents uploaded to LexCrypta are processed in memory and permanently deleted upon report generation. We do not retain, store, or use uploaded documents for any purpose beyond producing the requested report.

Your use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

7. Payment and Pricing

Pricing for our Services is as displayed on our website at the time of purchase. All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change our pricing with reasonable notice.

Payment is required before access to scan results is granted. All sales are final unless otherwise agreed in writing. Volume and enterprise arrangements are subject to separate written agreements.

8. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property in the LexCrypta platform, including the Lexi detection engine, signal libraries, detection methodology, report formats, and website content, is owned by LexCrypta Global and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use our Services for your professional purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reverse engineer, decompile, or reproduce any part of our platform or methodology.

Intelligence reports generated by LexCrypta may be used by you for professional purposes in connection with the matter for which they were generated.

9. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use our Services to:

• Upload documents without appropriate authority or client consent
• Engage in any activity that is unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful
• Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or replicate our detection methodology or libraries
• Circumvent any security or access controls
• Upload malicious files or attempt to compromise our infrastructure
• Resell or commercialise our Services without written authorisation

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LexCrypta Global shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Services, including but not limited to:

• Reliance on any intelligence report without appropriate professional review
• Decisions made on the basis of report findings without further inquiry
• False positives or false negatives in signal detection
• Any loss arising from service interruption or unavailability

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific report or service giving rise to the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LexCrypta Global, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our Services in breach of these Terms, your violation of any applicable law, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, United States of America, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Michigan, USA, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page indicates when they were last updated. Continued use of our Services after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice.
